There are two keys to post defense. The first is to be the lowest man. This will help you hold your position and resist the opponent from pushing you back. The second key is to “do your work early”. If you allow your opponent to get the ball at the block, there is little you can do to defend. Instead, make sure your opponent never gets to the block and keep pushing them outside. There are different techniques you can work, but these two tips will help you win 90% of the time.
