Well, it depends on the type of full court press.
If they go into a full-court man trap, hand the ball to the best ball handler. He must have confidence and control the pace. Now, whoever’s defender leaves to go double the ball handler, that person must cut to the middle and be ready for the pass.
The way to beat a zone trap is by getting the ball to the middle and collapsing the defense to open up the rest of the floor to be picked apart.
