I’m personally not a fan of this. Granted, there are exceptions, but those are extremely rare. If you feel like you've exhausted all options with your coach, meaning you communicated with a positive attitude, in the gym the most, asked the most questions, and still don’t see a change, then maybe consider it.
But if you can't say that you work harder than the rest of your entire team, the coach can't get you a college offer. I have to reiterate that it takes a lot of hard work! So transferring won't solve most problems. In this age, players are constantly looking to transfer and for the easy way out, rather than putting in the extra work. And personally, I don't think that promotes long term success.
